All personal data we are collecting from you will only be processed and used for the specified purposes. In doing so, we will ensure that this only happens within the framework of the applicable legislation or only with your explicit consent.

The extent and nature of the processing of your data differs depending on the purpose of your visit of our website. It has to be distinguished whether you visit our website only for retrieving information or whether you want to use services offered by us:

Internet use

For the pure informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data. In this case, we only collect and use those data that your Internet browser automatically transmits to us. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file and may possibly permit identification. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is outlined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the above listed purposes.

 

5. Receiver of the data

Your data may be provided under the condition of aforementioned purposes to service providers who are supporting us. We have carefully selected and assessed these providers. We committed them to comply with respective data protection laws.
Service providers that might fall under this subject can be technical service providers or shipping agents. The transfer of your data to other third parties will only occur if this is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR or we have otherwise received your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to information, correction and portability, restriction of processing (blocking) and deletion of your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your data, namely to the processing based on legitimate interest.

The exercise of the rights may be dependent on the particular processing and thus differ in the various processing operations.

Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to your general right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.

In order to provide you with our newsletter, we requirean e-mail address from you. The verification of the specified e-mail address is necessary and the receipt of the newsletter is to be agreed upon. Supplementary data is not collected unless you provided us with the data voluntarily. The use of the data takes place exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter.

The validity of the legal right of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.
Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of cancellation. Data that has been sent to us for other purposes and by different sources will remain with us.

 

8. CleverReach

We use CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, for the dispatch of the newsletter. With CleverReach services we can organize and analyse the newsletter distribution. Data necessary for newsletter subscription, i.e. your e-mail address, is stored on CleverReach's servers. Servers are located in Germany respectively Ireland.
The newsletter dispatch with CleverReach allows us to analyse the interests of the newsletter recipient. The analysis provides e.g. information of the number of recipients having opened our newsletter. Data processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
